Products ATS - Active Traction Service ATS
is an abbreviation for Active Traction Service. ATS was established in October
1995 in Japan by people with extensive experience and knowledge of Japanese formula
racing cars who were pursuing the ideal LSD (Limited Slip Differential). Their
product line has grown to include the final gear, the close ratio gear, and racing
clutches. ATS provided its LSD to top Japanese race drivers to acquire invaluable
information from actual racing events. The racing categories included endurance,
sprint races, international and domestic rallies, dirt trials and gymkhanas. The
class covered ranged stock to unlimited modification. ATS USA, Inc. is currently
the sole distributor of ATS products in the United States.
